WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our state-of-the-art warehouse is filled with lovely humans who pick and pack your orders with care. It typically takes 1 business day to do this, but we give them up to 2 business days for some wiggle room. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement.

Exceptions & Surcharges

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

As, for obvious reasons, there is no Ground-based service to these locations, we use Next-Day / Express Shipping as the base rate for these regions, then apply a $24.99 surcharge.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States, excluding APOs, at this time - but, we are working on it!

Monthly Tasting Box Subscription

Our Monthly Tasting Box’s price includes the shipping and handling cost (surcharges apply to orders shipping outside the Continental USA), so there will not be any increases or additional billing for shipping for the duration of your subscription. Your first box will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Subsequent boxes will ship every 30 days thereafter. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact us at help@plantbelly.com to begin the cancellation process. For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive PlantBelly store credit or have the funds returned to your original form of payment.

Common Shipping Questions

Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

We can only ship non-perishable items to APO/FPO addresses. As these areas are served by the U.S. Postal Service and an exact delivery date is not guaranteed, shipping perishable items risks the chance of spoilage.

When will my Tasting Box subscription be delivered?

Your first box will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Subsequent boxes will ship every 30 days thereafter. If you haven’t received your box, please feel free to follow up with us at help@plantbelly.com

How We Ship Perishables

We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality. Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition - fresh and super delicious!

We wrap chilled goods with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. Our kraft shipping boxes boxes and Tempguard liners are 100% curbside recyclable! We further control the temps with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by reusing the gel packs to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Please Note: In the summer months your box may include dry ice -- the only material that will keep perishable food completely cold in very hot weather. Worried about the carbon it emits? The dry ice packed with your order is solid CO2 that is re-captured from industrial processes and does not present a new source of emissions. In the event that the dry ice is still in a solid state when you open your box, please handle it with care - it will naturally evaporate if left in a sink or other well-ventilated area (please keep out od reach of children and pets).

A Note on Sustainability

We love our planet. And protecting it is one of the many reasons we’re so passionate about plant-based eating. We know the staggering impact that eating plant-based - even occasionally - can have on lowering CO2 emissions, minimizing land & water usage, reducing pollution... the list goes on and on (and on). And while sustainability is a BIG part of why we do what we do, we know that we’re far from perfect.

Take bubble wrap. We use it to wrap glass bottles and jars so that your products don’t arrive in shards - because no one wants to cry over spilled pickle juice! (But we hope that you’ll get creative and reuse those bubbly bits.) We are always looking for ways to be more sustainable, without sacrificing quality and experience for you. As sustainable packaging options get better and better, we’re excited to move towards exclusively planet-kind packaging.
